Dependable commercial parking-lot plowing and de-icing to help keep your property accessible through Minnesota winter weather.
Request a QuoteService scope and timing are agreed in advance. Rates below are starting estimates for a relatively open lot with on-site snow stacking; final pricing depends on layout, access, snowfall, and material needs.
Pickup-mounted plow service for designated commercial parking areas and drive lanes. Snow is stacked in agreed on-site locations.
De-icing material application by agreement to help manage slippery conditions. No treatment can guarantee an entirely ice-free surface in every condition.
Additional visits during prolonged storms or for new accumulation are billed separately at the agreed rate.
Routine on-site stacking in customer-approved areas. Off-site hauling and disposal are not included unless separately quoted.
Agree on a snowfall trigger, service areas, priorities, and expected service window before the season begins.
Lots with tight spaces, parked vehicles, islands, loading docks, or limited stacking space may require adjusted pricing.
Illustrative starting rates for commercial lots in the Twin Cities area. These are not guaranteed bids; site inspection and operating costs may change the final quote.

$150 per salt application. If both services are performed, the illustrative total is $375.
Suggested starting trigger: 2 inches of accumulation, measured at an agreed representative location. A different trigger can be specified in the proposal.
Depth-based rates and extra visits should be agreed in writing. Prolonged storms may require multiple separately billed visits.
Sidewalks, hand clearing, snow hauling, off-site disposal, and emergency service are excluded unless specifically included and priced.
Rates are estimates for budgeting, assuming routine access and on-site snow stacking. Salt cost depends on product, application rate, pavement area, and weather. Service timing is subject to storm severity, safe operating conditions, site access, and equipment availability. De-icing reduces risk but cannot guarantee ice-free pavement.
